Transfers postmarked after 8/27/10 will not be processed.  Transfers will not be processed at bib pick up, NO EXCEPTIONS.  

Transfers for race entries will be accepted if postmarked on or before 8/27/10 and will be assessed a $15 handling fee.  A transfer runner (person who wants an entry) must send in a completed Transfer Registration form with a valid runners (person who has a confirmed entry)  confirmation waiver (the confirmation and WAIVER printed on IPR Letterhead that is mailed in early July to the confirmed runner THIS IS NOT AN EMAIL OR COPY OF AN EMAIL) and a check for $15 for the transfer fee to:

The financial transaction for the entry fee is strictly between the transferring runner and the person with the entry.  You may offer you spot for FACE VALUE ONLY ($60)  and may not profit from the transaction.  You may NOT charge the transfer runner for online registration fees or postage used to register.  There are no refunds from the IPR.  If you are looking to get a transfer spot try the IPR Message Board.  If you have a spot to offer please post on the IPR Message Board. 

DETAIL INSTRUCTIONS FOR RUNNER WITH AN ENTRY

1. Find a person who wants your entry

2. Arrange for the financial transaction for the FACE VALUE of your entry ($60).  This could be any method that you are comfortable with.  You MAY NOT charge for postage or online registration fees.  Your method of registration was your choice.

3. Send the person who wants your entry YOUR CONFIRMATION WAIVER.  This is printed on IPR LETTERHEAD and is mailed to all confirmed runners.  THIS IS NOT an email or copy of an email.

4. BE SURE that the person who wants your entry receives your CONFIRMATION WAIVER (the waiver printed on IPR Letterhead and mailed to each confirmed runner) before the transfer deadline 8/27/10.

DETAIL INSTRUCTIONS FOR PERSON WHO WANTS AN ENTRY

1. Find a person who has an entry to offer.

2. Arrange for the financial transaction for the FACE VALUE of the entry ($60).  This could be any method that you are comfortable with.

3. Receive the valid runners CONFIRMATION WAIVER.  This is a CONFIRMATION WAIVER printed on IPR Letterhead and is mailed to each confirmed runner.  THIS IS NOT AN EMAIL OR COPY OF AN EMAIL.

4. Print and complete a Transfer Registration form.

5. Mail no later than 8/27/10 the following items to the IPR Transfer address above
   A.    Your transfer registration form completed legibly
   B.    A check for $15 payable to IPR
   C.    A valid runners confirmation waiver (printed on IPR Letterhead, NOT AN EMAIL)

6. Transfers will not be accepted past the posted transfer deadline.

7. Transfers will not be accepted without a VALID CONFIRMATION WAIVER (printed on IPR Letterhead)

8. Transfers will not be processed at bib pick-up.
